I’ve been lonely before. It was very difficult to deal with. I totally understand your pain. We’re social creatures meant to be in relationships. I’m so sorry you’re going through this

Being an only child all my life I’ve known loneliness real well. Do you go out and walk for a while maybe? Or ride a bus? I’d. I just nap when a feel lonely or depressed .I hope you begin to feel better hugs.

Im pretty much alone too man. Most people dont like me at all….

Peoole on this forum and my mom and therapist are the only people who like me. But the loneliness sucks sometimes for sure
