I’m going to start it tomorrow. I just didn’t feel like going today. New meds always scare me. Idk how to ease fear of it.

Always a risk with new meds, but hopefully they will work for the better.

Just try and relax, and when you take the new meds be wary about how they affect you.

I’m the same way. I take new meds with someone else present to help me feel better

You must overcome your anxiety of taking the meds because it’s so much safer than other psyc meds. Just take it now cause I’m sure nothing bad will happen.
