Should i take extra clonazepam

Ive been having legit anxiety next week my doctor is up dosing my trintellix im thinking if i find some klonopin aka clonazepam would it be a safe idea

Lean on your coping mechanisms – it’s okay to treat yourself to something. A favorite snack, for example. Hope you feel better soon

Never take meds without permission. How about you ring up your doctor real quick and get opinion?

What do you mean by finding some clonazepam?

You should never get it off the streets if this is what you meant.

Discuss things over with your doctor

That’s the only legitimate solution

Yes I would not then. Employ all the techniques you know to recenter your mind and use destressing tools to calm your mind and body. Try to relax, work on hobbies, listen to music, journal, meditate. Etc.
