Im prescribed clonazapam for everyday use im wondering if its a bad idea to cut down again
Im not quitting other meds I just heard benzos have dangerous long term effects

Maybe figure out with your doctor what you’re going to replace it with.
I got lucky and replaced it with just supplements.

Id be talking to my Doctor rather than deciding for myself - particularly in regards to Clonazepam. Ive been prescribed it enough times for agitation in the past, and it added to my agitation. Typical.

My mom has been taking Xanax for 45 years. Some people take it and it puts them at a higher risk of Parkinson’s. I think everything is genetics.
Benzos every day is not a good idea in my opinion. Getting physically dependent on them and trying to come off can be very difficult and dangerous.

I heard taking benzos everyday can cause dementia
I take them as prescribed thp
I’ve taken Klonopin everyday in the past but today I take them on as a needed basis.
Honestly I’ve been on Klonopin for years and never had a problem coming off of it

My psychiatrist says benzos are dangerous and worse than weed. Physical dependence and early dementia

I took it for a year at the least mg and I never got addicted to it. But yeah having a talk with you doc can help.
