It's my birthday today

65 years old, 46 years with this disease. Mentally, except for some glitches I’m doing fine. I go to work and get along with my boss and my coworkers and I’m friendly with half the neighbors. My oldest sister sent me an ecard and a $50 gift card to the store of my choice and I chose Panda Express, the local fast food Chinese restaurant so I’m treating myself to Chinese food tonight to celebrate my birthday. Physically, I’m losing weight and my diabetes and blood pressure are under control. Those are my main problems. I doubt I’ll have cake, maybe some chia seed pudding, lol.
