I notice some coincidences on twitter with some things on my phone.
Idk if it is that im hyperfocusing on coincidences instead of someone has hacked my phone.
I was also psychotic past few days. It is scary what it talks about it makes me unsettled about my future. And also the fact that I really may need to raise my antipsychotic dose

Thankyou Waffles, yes I keep getting highs and lows. It is really exhausting and I feel low.
But at the same time i am trying to have a little hope.
