@77nick77 I thought about going on Glp1 meds but dont you have to be on it for life to keep the weight off or it will rebound and I dont know about being on a injection from now on and not sure my insurance will cover it but it maybe worth looking into anyway today in the meantime I bought Alli diet pills to los try had sucess with Alli in the past also need to work on overeating been eating to many sugary and salty foods chips and icecream candy bars mainly took my first alli today will update in 2 months is this helps me
