I am fat and i really do not like exercise!

in my situation…,

i seem to prefer not to do exercise. it just makes me so fatigued and drained.

i am fat my body needs to spend a lot of energy on the fat already, is that not enough.

i will do exercise once i am slimmer.

While diet plays the bigger role in getting slimmer, exercise helps a lot. Its important to do while taking anti-psychotics.

i woudlnt recommend taking these kinds of meds unless its absolutely neccisary. far better to have a good diet. eating a ton of vegetables is the most important thing. GLP’s can cause problems with your organs and over 1800 people have gone blind from them.

That is misleading. Around 1800 cases of people on Glps having trouble with their eyes have been reported, some may be due to complications from diabetes or other risk factors. Actual number of cases of people going completely blind are rare compared to the amount of people taking the drugs. Of the 1800 cases of eye problems documented about 70 mention blindness and 500 mention some kind of vision impairment.

Problems with the organs is not common and low risk, of the problems reported most are with the Gastrointestinal tract including nausea and bloating and vomiting. There is increased risk to organs like the gallbladder and pancreas but it is low risk.

Exercising is good but dieting is really the way to lose weight. How are you? Zoe, I’m kind of depressed.

There are significantly more risk with you staying fat than slim really….

that is true but its far better to get control of your diet then it is to use these meds. they have serious known side effects and god knows what side effects people will be getting 10-20 years from now. I;m not saying they’re bad, im saying theyre bad as a quick fix

I was talking to this girl in Cote d’Ivoire and she wanted to come stay with me for a while to experience the US and chill. But it turns out that the president of my country banned visas from hers starting the beginning of the year. Now we’re both depressed

Zoe. Exercise makes you stronger but only help you with s minimum weight loss.

You must slim by eating a healthy diet.

Now what should you eat.

Unlimited veggetables.

Unlimited full corn like oat meals or rai bread.

Most fish and chicken.

A little bit pork or beef

What you should avoid

Candy and sodas and juice and white bread and junk food and energy drinks and alcohol.

This is how I must live in the future because my general practitioner told me that I had pre diabetics today.

All also a just my walking from 3 us miles each day tó 6 ud miles.

Yo, I can’t emphasize enough that sugar and fat are the enemy. He’s right. Vegetable matter is good. So are whole grains. I like to eat amaranth and sorghum and quinoa.
