If you live in the US go for frozen vegetables add some chicken or pork or fish. This is a very inexpensive healthy meal. Go for rai bread full corns with chicken meat this will keep you full for many hours. You don’t have to exercise you only loose 400 kcal walking 3 us miles.
The only reason why I have to exercise is building muscles to prevent diabetes. It will take me 4 months to reach my goal of 6 us miles.
My other friend also called Zoe was complaining about her weight gain today as well and I tried to reassure her but it fell on deaf ears, I still think she looks great, not fat at all, I said its mostly muscle and I think that helped a bit.

I can look at salad, and gain weight. Even if I eat 1000cals per day, my weight wont shift. Exercise for me is the key, then it doesn’t matter too much what I eat. My energy improves once I start exercising.
Yea anything high intensity will do that because it requires more instantaneous energy than can be provided by fat reserves. But if you do a light to moderate workout your body can easily work off of fat reserves and exercises decreases hunger hormones
