When I’m feeling well I have a good appetite but when I’m unwell I lose my appetite. But it’s important to eat regularly.

I have similar logic regarding appetite, it follows from mental state. But it is true that regular meals are important, without food you feel even worse overall. Hey, wait a moment! I must eat something, so I don’t forget. It’s one symptom of the disease, no feelings of hunger in sight.
