Can't explain why I'm overweight

I’m eating mostly cheap food. Money problem.

I always ate as now, except now I take antipsychotics. Never been so overweight.Dr rised my Clozapine dosage,my metabolism is even slower.All family is practically joking about my weight,calling me fat or grosse.

They think it’s up to my choice..

I’m quite fed up with insults and jokes.

Losing weight on APs is really hard. I haven’t lost anything even with exercise.

When I started taking seroquel I gained 10kg in a month. I was 17 years old… now I’m 39 and I have only gained weight while being on ap’s. I honestly don’t know why. I don’t eat that bad… it is the meds. Only recently I have been able to lose weight on weight loss meds. This totally sucks. People are stupid and mean toward on overweight people. They don’t know people’s stories, they should not judge.

If anything it is not our fault these drugs cause weight problems, my advice is to ignore as much as possible nasty comments from others.

Now that I’m on Seroquel on top of my Risperdal and Depakote it’s very difficult for me to lose weight.

I must have HbA1c more than 7.1 to get ozempic.Now I’m around 6.

Lost weight on Keto, and then became vegan. I know it’s doesn’t make sense.

I plateaued for months

I eat whatever I want to too usually it’s unhealthy but I’m poor and too tired to cook

I’m going to store next week. I’m buying vegetables. Gonna try and eat healthy. I read some vegetable strip the sugar off your red blood cells. Even if that’s wrong, gonna try.

Shame on your family for treating you that way. shame on them. Psychiatric drugs are notorious for making people gain weight. My step aunt can’t lose weight but she doesn’t eat a lot. She’s got a problem with her thyroid. People have eating disorders. you can’t judge anyone.
