This upcoming Saturday the main fight I am excited to see is the WBO championship fight between Wardley and Dubois.
But something unusual is happening in 3 weeks. On my birthday on the third we went to village in. While there we invited my sister and her husband up to watch the Usyk championship fight being broadcast from Egypt. They accepted. So now we are hosting. Which is extremely odd. We never host.
So now we have the task of getting some snacks and getting the house ready for company on the 23rd. The fight card consists of 8 fights plus the main event but I told them they can come later so they are trapped there for 5 or 6 hours waiting for the main event.
There are also fights on the saturday inbetween these 2 dates but Iām not as excited about them.
So there you go. Wish us luck on a successful hosted event. If they enjoy it, we may have them over again the next time there is a fight they are interested in.
