Yesterday, we had a member who was having some password issues try to get their password reset, unable to do so.
I tried sending them out directly via their account as well.
We finally resolved by changing their primary email address.
Today, I received this message from system:
“

We’re sorry, but we’re having trouble reaching you via email. Our last few emails to you have all bounced back as undeliverable.
Can you make sure (email address) is valid and working? You may also wish to add our email address to your address book / contact list to improve deliverability”
My email appears to be working fine as Im getting mail from other email accounts.
Has anyone else received this message?
Yes. I believe you are correct @everhopeful . The account of the user was initially using was outlook.
That looks like the issue.

I just got it. My email works but maybe its down on the backend.

Thanks for reporting in on that @Mars
We were only able to resolve the issue because the user was able to contact someone off site and have them relay the problem.
So now is not the time to lose/forget your passwords if using outlook.
Might be a good idea to either change primary email or add a secondary if you are at risk of needing a password reset and use outlook.
I received this message and checked preferences and my email listed is the correct one.

YEah, check out the article that @everhopeful posted @77nick77 . They appear to be having issues with Outlook.
Hopefully they will solve them soon.
