I am forgetting whole days from my memory. Like I change all my streaming subscriptions and have zero memory of doing this.
Certain nobody else has compromised my streaming accounts.
Going along with this (maybe causing this?) my sleep schedule is awful. All over the place.
Am taking my meds and no substances.
Sounds, bangs and pops have been an increasing issue too but as yet I am not sure if these are related to my memory blocks

I have been increasingly stressed these last two months. I noticed the anxiety being there much earlier than the memory blanks

I have voices 24/7 I forget long periods of time. I blame it on always being distracted.

That makes sense. Do you find evidence of stuff you have changed but have no memory of doing that?

No but my parents do the important stuff. Mine is like several episodes of a show I watched that I dont remember.

I wouldn’t worry about it, people forget stuff all the time, it’s normal imo, our filter is faulty anyway so it makes sense.
