I moderate once a week on another forum that belongs to a registered charity… I might step down in December and find another voluntary position. I feel once a week for an hour isn’t much I don’t feel im giving it much… ive been doing in since December and they wanted a years commitment so I can step down then

Maybe you could try asking to moderate longer

they won’t let me for more than two hours per week. I don’t know why it’s their rule. it’s so much recording every step of what I do so I can’t moderate at the time someone else moderates. we might end up working on the same issue twice for example.

we are given a schedule and I can only moderate within those hours, and then someone else takes over.

We have a similar rule for @sweetpotatopie . She is only allowed to moderate 23 hours a day. I insist she gets an hour of sleep.

Don’t make me sleep 2 hours. I will play Assassin’s Creed for another 10 minutes.
