Can you sell your portion? If you each own the house, you might be able to sell your share. We looked into our daughter buying a house with someone else and what can be done if someone wants to leave.

Why is he yelling at you? I know I wouldn’t like it being very sensitive. Are you sure it’s not paranoia? If not, then discuss how you should be spoken to… kindly and gently….

that’s not gonna happen. He does try at times to be patient. I’ve even heard him asking the Lord for help in this area. So idk
