I am up way too early. Hopefully I can go back to sleep before morning comes. Who else is having depot this week?

This Friday afternoon, I will receive my injection of 400mg of Abilify.

They want to come and do mine today. But I was supposed to have it over a week ago now. So I’m not sure whether to let them do it ? Because I don’t think I can just go back on 400mg of aripiprazole just like that.
Don’t know what to do.

I went back to sleep but sleep was spotty but good enough. Relaxing until it is time to brush my teeth and bathe. Leaving 9am promptly.
I washed the wares and I neatened up. Was going to do some walking but I prefer rest now. Depot days are already tiring as they are.
Back home safe and sound. Stopped off at the grocery to use my $300 grocery voucher I got from the internet company for being a loyal customer. Must be about 17 years now. Also, ordered subway melts from Pizza Boys for lunch. Thank you for keeping me company on this journey.
