I had a good nights sleep. I organised myself. I prayed. Today is my depot. Who else is having depot this week? The sky looks beautifully blue.

I dont take depot anymore. Pills now. Life always seems beautiful to you consistently for ages. Always uplifting seeing your update.

I bathe and changed my clothes. Not wearing my favorite blue jersey today. Did not wash it. Wearing a peach polo instead. I see traffic on the road going north on the back road. Hopefully there is no traffic going south on the main road.

I missed my depot early this month, but still feel alright with just pills. But I remind myself need to have injection in coming weeks.

Back home safe and sound. There was a wait as the clinic is short staffed. I used the time to write in my journal. I was going to buy roti for lunch but the place was closed. Thank you for keeping me company on my journey.
