For about 2 1/2 months, in the early hours, around 2:00 or 3:00 am every night I would hear this woman walking past my window talking in a strange voice. She would walk past then hang around the parking lot that is outside my window. I couldn’t make out what she was saying and at first it was annoying but then I got just a little bit nervous and scared. It was every night and lasted a few minutes. I didn’t notice exactly when it stopped but it’s been a couple of months now. It freaked me out, she had a really weird way of talking and I didn’t know what she was doing out in the parking lot at those hours. Strange.

That would freak me too, what a strange time to be in a parking lot. Even worse is the talking to oneself aloud
