It’s due in next week and that’s with a one week extension. Ive struggled finding the timE to study with two children. I knew September-December would be hard cos my youngest doesn’t start nursery until January which will free up a lot of time for me.
Because I’m a bit behind I have 0 motivation and feel like I’m gonna fail this next assignment.
my mum is having my youngest for the day today so I’m hoping I can make a decent start on the assignment or even finish it but part of me wants to not even bother and just start afresh after Christmas.
Life is hard. Pick one thing in life and try to do that well. Even that is hard. Necessity is the mother of invention. I’ve done many assignments the last minute under lots of stress. It seems like the stress and little time makes it a less than an optimal situation causing the mind to not want to work because you don’t have enough time to do your best. Sometimes good enough is enough. School is about extremism. It’s the only time in your life where you live in extreme conditions. Pulling all nighters, studying all day, little sleep, constantly thinking. A job you just work and come home. Schooling is a constant thing when you’re knee deep in it. I went to college 17.5 years. I love learning. But paying back the debt was killer. I just payed off my student loans debt last year. I payed it off at 44 years old. I bought college level philosophy books and learn on my own now. Never give up that learning spirit even when you’re done with school. Right now you’re learning spirit should be burning with desire. You should want to do your best. Everything in life is a gamble so why not bet on yourself. If you don’t no one else will. Good things.
