Stopped taking my zoloft after 2 days because it’s keeping me up. Doctor says she’s going to put me on prozac if sertraline does not work, but prozac made me super depressed and psychotic back in 2018. I’m not sure what to do. I’d rather not take the antidepressants at all if it’s going to cause so many side effects.

I hear ya. I am in a complex situation with bupropion as well. I really, seriously want to keep taking it so that I can hopefully get and keep the mood benefits, but its making me anxious and paranoid.
I guess all we can do is express our concerns with our docs, and try to figure out the best path forward with them.
I really dont want to quit, but I cant slip into psychosis either, which COULD happen with the emerging signs of paranoia.
