A few days ago I checked my internet and wireless bill and saw that the provider increased monthly fees again by five dollars.
Not a big deal, but it made me angry because four months ago I applied and was accepted for the disability discount which brought my bill down from one hundred dollars to seventy seven dollars.
Over the next four months they increased prices monthly by five dollars so that my bill was back to one hundred a month again. It really made me angry seeing the bill back the way it was, so I called them immediately and cancelled phone and internet.
Now I have a nineteen dollar per month mobile plan that includes unlimited data at low speeds. It is fine for the sites I use that are mainly text based, but it can’t really handle streaming video or big downloads. I think if you try big downloads with it or streaming they throttle it.
Anyway 240 bucks a year is way better than 1200, so I’ll be pocketing a cool G if everything goes right.
I just can’t really use online features of my PS5 anymore. I’ll have to buy the GTA6 disk when it comes out or else bring my old PS4 to the library and do the download there over the free wifi. I might try that, havent decided. It will take hours there though.
