Olanzapine and Paliperidone?

Anyone on this combo.

I’m on 100mg Paliperidone but I want 5mg olanzapine nightly too.

Risks are ldl cholesterol and hyperlipidemia.

Pre metabolic syndrome and prediabetes.

Please help me

hope you can get the meds you want dude. i used to be on paliperidone. it was a good med in terms of stopping voices but was a bit hard to be on. I think @TheCanuk used to take olanzapine.

I don’t take that combo, but I do take 20 mg olanzapine and 1 mg of risperidone

I take olanzapine, I have high cholesterol and triglycerides. I take supplements to help it. Abilify raised my cholesterol too, so did seroquel. Its like it slows the clearance of cholesterol from the body I read somewhere. If the supplements dont help, I will probably take a statin eventually. I take 20mg of olanzapine, and 80 mg of fluoxetine.

I take 15mg of olanzapine once daily. It’s been working well. Hopefully it continues to.

I take the 1month Invega injection and 20 MG of Zyprexa every night and 20 MG Zyprexa as needed.

I still have significant positive symptoms every day.

Yeah Olanzapine and Paliperidone seems like a big no no

Gonna try 5mg aripriprazole daily with 100mg Paliperidone monthly

Invega is a good drug for me. No side effects at all. I get the injection.

Usually, as my doctor told me when i was on this specific combo, is the increased risk of ldl, cholesterol and diabetes. They had me on 2 aps because of treatment resistance. We can only manage the side effects if its mild, do what you can do so your health doesnt go down hill due to the combo.
