People on Facebook say I have a low consciousness

I’m pretty sure this is delusion but I need reassurance anyway.

I believe people on Facebook are secretly saying I have the consciousness of a bug and I am not truly mentally alive.

I know I’m conscious. I experience the world around me and in myself. That’s where my art comes from. They could be removing it out of insecurity. Any help is appreciated.

I space out a lot and that’s about it.

I’ve learned that getting the headspace right with the meds and treatment is more important than the philosophical questions in life…Like we think like we think…it’s hard work sometimes…and the other thing is paranoia with sz can be so subtle…

My bugbear was conversations. Why did you say what you said? Why you say it like that? Is that attacking me?..the list goes on.

Here’s the thing. I am a social animal and I’ve learned to ignore a lot of criticism because life is hard work for most folk and I have sz!

Give yourself some slack. Paranoia is subtle and no one is talking about you and if they are it’s nothing to do with what you think it is…that is the realms of sz. Talk to your treatment team. Meds are important but often dosage is a key to better function.

Please don’t worry. Nobody would say that, especially secretly. If they didn’t like you then they wouldn’t be friends with you on Facebook. Even if they aren’t linked to you on Facebook then they wouldn’t know you. It’s so paranoid… Taking a negative idea and getting carried away with it. Blame the schizophrenia

I know I’m delusional, but the thoughts are too strong. I think they’re saying I have low consciousness because I space out a lot, then again, everyone spaces out about 50% of the time we are awake.

I space out a lot too! Lots of people do though I think being on an antipsychotic makes it worse. However thinking others are talking about it is unlikely!

Since I’ve been out on Vraylar it’s a lot better. Far more focused.
