So a lot of people think of science as black and white and that logic is a fixed thing. A system. But did you know science and art are two sides of the same coin in that the rules are governed by whatever is in charge - so in our case of science it’s about the nature we observe in experiment
In art it’s bound by the imagination which is also bound by what we can observe - so essentially whatever runs the universe says they’re not dissimilar at all really - both forms of imagination
(Put in unusual beliefs because it’s philosophical expression and liable to different interpretation)
Honestly I don’t think science or art are bound to solely empiracle experiences, (especially in the hypnosis stage with science). There’s also inspiration which impacts our thinking in both fields. New Ideas which come to us out of nowhere. I don’t think all ideas are synthesized or systematically come to, although that is the normal method. Once in a while we are touched by thoughts which make us suddenly realize something or give us entirely new ideas out of the blue—Inspired thoughts.
Yeah I don’t disagree, but I felt like the explanation for that was out of universal jurisdiction so I didn’t really mention any of it because of the rules lol
Inspiration I didn’t delve into because of its uncertainty by its very nature
Sure dude! I don’t even know that what I said is necessarily true lol just giving my opinion. Sorry, it’s hard not to argue on philosophical questions I hope you didn’t take offense in any way lol. Just giving my two cents.
I like you thinking man. I think that the thought the epiphany itself, that science can’t exist without art, is rooted in truth.
I mean, language itself is an artistic act and without language we wouldn’t be able to describe our surroundings to the effect that we wouldn’t be able to scientifically study things.
