Our realtor’s “person” ,as she calls him, owns a couple businesses.
She seems to feel that replacing the “Murphy bed” area (which is inside the wall) in the condo with a closet, will increase the chances of us selling the condo.
She has said that her “person” is willing to do the work for free and turn the area into a closet so there is more storage.
Apparently he has the materials necessary and is willing to do it for free.
Which is extremely generous of them.
Anyway. Hope it helps. We could really use to get rid of that place.
