have not seen a psychiatrist in well over a year
he said he’d get back to me after reviewing my case and also regarding prescribing adhd meds. he never did.
he just reduced the meds and that was that.

Sometimes I wonder why they just don’t bother with me… it feels depressing… no help when I need it.
