A new psychiatrist. Probably checking in on how I’m getting on with the new med busper (which was prescribed by my previous psychiatrist a few months ago) but I didn’t start it because im afraid of experiencing psychosis on it. It’s because that same psychiatrist put me on sertraline 6 years ago and it didn’t go well at all. I don’t trust him and I need to not be in psychosis.

My anxiety right now is not as bad, I don’t feel I need it. So why would I risk it. They won’t force me it was just an option.

it’s tough because Its a battle to get an appointment when you need it, but I get appointments when they’re not needed.
