Running out of savings soon

Phuck.

Being unemployed is great but my savings is dwindling mostly on food.

I been applying for jobs but no luck so far

Submitted my SSDI case but it takes like a year to process

I hope I don’t end up having to deliver for UberEats but that’s like a last resort

Ive been there lots of times in life. I know chilling and being unemployed is nice rn, but maybe start your uber eats or whatever contingency plan sooner than later, that SSDI is in no hurry.

So sorry what you’re going through right now. I hope things get better. Maybe you can apply for government assistance.

I always wonder if I’d be able to hold a job when things improve with my second illness. Psychosis being my first or longer illness. It’s so stressful. I remember working and worrying I’d screw up my finances and screw up my job security. It was very difficult back then. I hope the government guys do something faster for you. It’s not a huge amount, but at least it is something

I signed up for a job too stressful for me and only lasted 3 months. Government money will help and maybe I can do Uber on the side. Also applied for data entry remote jobs.

I really hope you get approved soon. In the meantime, can you use food banks?

What about Amazon Flex? You make more money doing that. Or grocery delivery? Amazon Flex pays the most. Uber Eats the least

Yes, our savings has been on a steady decline. Not because we are “living large” as someone recently said to me, but because we continually have a necessity we have to repair or replace.

Now the projects I would LIKE to get done , exceed the cost what we can afford to do.
