I find zyban helps me a lot with the withdrawals. I’ll add patches to make up for nicotine withdrawal too. and a spray just incase. this is the last time i’ll try to quit for a long time yet, i hope it’ll really keep me going for the first month and then the second month i’ll be able to handle with willpower.
I hope you can quit too, it’s too expensive, ,far too expensive

Thank you. Every time i quit, i come back and start smoking more. Roll ups used to last me two/three days, now i smoke them within 24 hours.
Idk about others, but I notice the muscle gain and lung capacity really quickly - that’s my biggest motivation. to be able to feel like im in my early 20s again

So I got an email from the VA saying that I might be eligible for some extra GI Bill benefits due to a new law that was recently passed. Man I’ve been praying that I can get these benefits so I can go back to school. If I use FAFSA HUD can be dickheads about it and raise my rent but veteran’s benefits can’t be touched. I’ve been watching my mail like a hawk.

Morning. Finally managed to get Jasmine in hospital for detox - took all night and 2 ambulances. Keeley the other neighbour saw her see sense as well.
