I keep mulling over anhedonia. Like I know its a symptom of our illness but is that really what I’m feeling? I often think what if I’ve self imposed it onto myself due to believing that I have it that it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy?
I might do a test. And try to get in touch with my feelings more in all interactions from now on. Its like the great rapper Ka once said: Put feelings in your dealings, never do it numb.
