Happy birthday @Joker
Thanks @TheCanuk
My parents are taking me out for Thai food later
Iām still up. Hows your anxiety been? Buspar has helped mine a ton.
Yeah, I canāt wait until we get better weather.
Happy birthday @Joker!
Happy birthday!
Its been a bit better recently. I appreciate you asking. Im glad the Buspar is helping you.
I have anxiety about seeing my case worker at the clinic
Have not been for a while as they usually come to my home
But he wants me out the house for a bit
The anxiety yesterday was bad
Kinda cancels out the benefit of seeing him

Whatās up my Canadian homie? Iām just waiting on some things to be done in the dryer. Got six shirts air drying atm.
@Joker Happy birthday man!!
Iām 45, and I noticed my positive symptoms really have mellowed out with age.
Thanks @Montezuma
That sounds good
An old pdoc tried to reassure me that the positives can reduce as we age
Maybe one day I can stop the clozapine
Do you hear voices a lot @Joker ? My voices used to be so bad I was practically bed ridden. But with a good pdoc and the right med, plus aging, they got better over time.
I do every so often
Only really if I am idle or stressed they can cut in
Nothing like the early years
I am nervous about a test result
Was really difficult
There were 50 questions with a 1 hour time
Hello my American friend. ive been laying in bed for like 3 or 4 hours. How are you doing?
Thatās good. Such a relief to have that gone for a bit.
Anyone doing anything fun? Or just chilling?
If you consider trying to close my eyes and fall asleep a million times with no luck fun, then yes Iām having so much fun
Oh Iām good man. I know I said in the other SA thread that things sort of went south with my chica, but I did some thinking earlier tonight and I think I mightāve been taking stuff too seriously. Idk. Itās hard to tell at this point. Iām (hopefully) approaching the situation with a mature mindset.
@Mars Hey bud. I just got through folding my laundry and taking my meds a little while ago. I kinda feel like making a coffee and maybe throwing something on my ole Blu Ray player. Havenāt done that in a long time.
That sucks man. I had years of insomnia before it would forever to fall asleep so I feel your pain. Strangely after taking seroquel for years it went away.
Yeah iāve heard Seroquel is good for that.
Im on 10 mg Olanzapine which is supposed to be good for sleep. Once I eventually do, I sleep deep and for a long time.. but 28/30 days a month it takes me forever to fall asleep. Like it takes me 4 to 6 hours once I get into bed.
