Could be your sleep pattern. If I sleep in the day as well as night I get trouble sleeping at night. I force myself to be awake in the day, except maybe a occasional 30 minute nap after dinner, then I usually fall asleep pretty quickly at night.

So this afternoon I have an appointment with my psychiatrist, first time seeing her in person. I’ve been seeing her for years, but it’s always been virtual.
After that I have to go to the hospital I work at to take the annual recertification exam. I had hoped I would have received a job offer by now, in which case there would’ve been no need to take the stupid exam. Oh well, no job offer yet.

@Mars hey man are you vaping after surgery? I had surgery on Friday and didn’t vape for 4 days then caved… worried my wound won’t heal properly but it’s soo hard to stop I am 32 years old

Hey @Speedy, I’m chillin outside on the steps to my apartment, with one of the neighborhood kitties lying up against me, getting some fresh air before it gets really hot. Later today it’s supposed to hit 90°F (32°C) here for the first time this year.

Here we have thunder and rain. They were warning is about freak temps this summer but it hasn’t been above +20°C. And it’s been raining every day.
I’ve been going through my CD collection again. I realized I need to buy some more CDs. I just don’t know how I’m going to find new music?
I’m getting my lamb of god record on vinyl tomorrow. It’ll be a blast putting it on.

Yeah it’s been nice. Pretty soon I need to get in the shower, get ready and go to my psychiatrist appointment. After that appointment I have to head to the hospital (my workplace) to take a recertification exam. Hopefully my pay hits my bank account this afternoon so I can get some groceries after the exam.

The problem with fear for me is that once you overcome it, it comes back and you have to do it all over again. Exhausting. I have it with driving, sometimes I’ll feel good and get out and drive and it’s not so bad but eventually I get that fear again. Not sure how to move past this. Anxiety sucks.

I think that’s a very good explanation of common sense. So many things are culturally based when we tend to think of them as universal.

I’m waiting for my pdoc to make an appointment. Tomorrow they will draw blood to check if everything is as it should be.
I also have to go to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, go grocery shopping and wash my clothes. Busy day tomorrow.
I just hope I won’t have a freaking panic attack from the stress.
