yea i been putting some work in on my stationary bike. has been a blast. doing good just taking a break cooling off then im gonna hop back on the bike for another session. My sleep schedule is a bit reversed rn so ill probably be on night shift tonight.

That darn sleep. I wish I could be awake at normal hours.

A shower would also be nice but I don’t want to upset the neighbors. Being in the middle of the night.

Shh Zoe, you’re not fat. Thats social pressure on women making you feel the need to be stick thin. You are beautiful just as you are, personality and body.

Unfortunately i was over confident about how much coffee was good. Now i’m buzzing round with too much mental energy. I am going to have a workout to calm down!

today was unexpectedly really rough but its at least over. hoping tomorrow and the coming week are better.

I just ate a block of ramen, but that’s not enough food, need much more than that to satisfy me.

I’m considering making a box of mini pierogis. That would use the oven, probably won’t want to use the oven the next few days, heat wave begins here tomorrow, so maybe I should make the pierogis while it’s not too hot. In general I’m not sure how much real cooking I’ll want to do this week

I have window ac units, but they don’t keep my place very cool when it’s really hot out. I need a higher-powered ac unit for the living room and kitchen area, but there are other things I need or want my money for.

U2 is playing…too hot in the house to sleep right now…and it’s only going to get worse this coming week…heat dome over central part of the nation right now…sheesh. Church was great…went to both services, morning and afternoon…feels good…I’m swinging for perfect attendance.

I’m usually up until around 3 am, but I figure I’ll end up sleeping earlier than that tonight. I’ll see how it goes.
