i usually sleep like crap, but the other day i started wearing a winter hat and pulling it over my eyesā€¦ helps SO much , been sleeping a lot more the past few days. Sleep mask also works, i had one before but lost it

Making good progress.

However I am rethinking my budget for this book and might have to realistically spend an additional $2000 or so on a legal review because of the allegations in the book. Some of them are public record but the sexual abuse by one of the staff was never publicly reported. While I have done my best to change names, locations and certain details I could still get sued for libel if it came to that.

Thatā€™s actually not true. If someone can be identified by other key factors not just a name change I am still at legal risk. Iā€™ve been talking to my lawyer about it.

Hey Kiddos!

Not much going on here. My mom and brother dropped off an Angus burger and some fries earlier this evening.

I was snacking on some leftover pizza earlier.

I shaved in my goatee and sideburns earlier today. I tried to line my beard up as good as I can.
