It’s just a diagnosis what describes you is what you do. SZ can influence what you do but at the end of the day it’s the way it is.

Yeah its like we aren’t schizophrenic. We are people that have schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder. I think there a big difference between those terminologies. I try not to make my mental health diagnosis consume me too much. Like try not to think about it all the time or attribute every little thing i do and say as a mental health thing.

I wanna remind everyone that mental illness is a PART OF YOU NOT ALL OF YOU
everyone has a personality hopes and dreams ect
We are all INDIVIDUALS and we are NOT JUST OUR ILLNESSES
hence why i NEVER call someone SCHIZOPHRENIC i call them someone WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA
