I’m good overall. Just bummed about having to quit my job. As stressful as it was, I felt good knowing I was contributing to my family. But I was sick too much and I was getting increasingly paranoid

If people were honest I think 100% of the population have “schizophrenia” it’s just most people keep their thoughts and beliefs to themselves.
Mental illness refers to a wide range of diagnosable health conditions—including disorders like depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia—characterized by significant, lasting disturbances in thinking, emotional regulation, or behavior. These conditions often cause distress and impair daily functioning, impacting relationships, work, and the ability to cope with life’s challenges.
World Health Organization (WHO) +4Key Aspects of Mental Illness

Common Symptoms: Symptoms vary widely but often include excessive fear or worry, extreme mood changes, withdrawal from social activities, low energy, confusion, or detachment from reality.
-
Diagnosis & Care: Diagnosed by professionals using standardized criteria (e.g., DSM-5), these conditions are treatable through therapy, medication, and support systems.
-
