Soda is death

Honestly, yes.

Your soda has been purposefully engineered to be addictive.

It’s not your fault you’re craving it.

Years ago I was drinking 2 litres of soda a day. Coming off it was harder than quitting smoking

2 sodas a day for 20 years will inevitably give you kidney disease#science

I am proof this is not always the case.

We’re not discussing what just over a decade of boozing did to my liver. Still paying for it three decades on.

Soda is bad for one’s health but it’s still better than booze

Soda can happen once in a while but I mainly drink tap water.

It’s my last remaining vice. I quit everything else. At some point I’m gonna need to cut out most of my sodas though.

We’d probably all be healthier if we all drank just water, but lets face it, most , if not all of us, were raised in an era of tasty beverages….and you gotta drink something.

I drink a ton of diet soda and flavored beverages. I have water about 2 or 3 times a week. And one or two of those times is when I have to drink it at work because they dont allow anything else at your station.

Remember when 7-11 came out with the gallon pail Big Gulp? Thought I had died and gone to heaven. Yet I have fantastic kidney function. Who knew!

I do. It was like carrying around a wooden barrel.

Hell yes. With cheap refills.

Have I mentioned that I am the lightest I have been since I was 14 years old?

Friggin’ 7-11 didn’t help me there.
