Perhaps more reason to routinely offer both metformin (which can reduce body mass by around 5%) and also weight loss injections (like Wegovy and Mounjaro) to people on antipsychotics?
It might even get them/us to lose enough weight to get into a healthy cycle of eating well and exercising often?
