I don’t think they are real I checked all my stuff and couldn’t see any evidence of an explosion
Sounds of capacitors blowing. Burning plastic smells also. Am freaking a little.

Maybe you could record with a mic or your phone/computer when you hear weird sounds and then make it listen to someone else so they tell you if they hear something
You can also ask to a friend or family to check your equipment and tell you if they smell something weird

I turn off anything I am not using
Can usually go to bed after checking things three or four times
