Am having a resistance training upper body workout… unfortunately i don’t seem to be doing the one arm dumbell presses well enough… I have googled what i am doing wrong, but still having the same problem ![]()
I had been going to the gym right now I haven’t been because I had Doctor appointments and had to miss or was just too tired to go have to go this coming Wednesday and Friday to make up for it to get this weight off I gained from the Iron Infusions which is probably temporary hopefully it will come off in the next week or so I can only hope it will.
damn i moved the big heavy old treadmill out of the garage into the house so i can get more functionality than the small walking one, i put lubricant under the belt but its still chugging, like its choppy and jerks after each step, also sounds loud as hell like a particle accelerator from spiderman on the brink of destroying the city

Just did 45 mins resistance training. Added in 20 reps of bench step ups, the hardest exercise.
Feeling proud.
Just did my first run since last Thursday. Felt good getting back to exercising.
I will go next month to zumba class. Paused my gym subscription atm.

i am pooped i have never felt so lazy, i planned on starting to go outside to run for exercise, but i must have fooled myself as i havent done shite yet, hopefully i will gain some willpower and do what i say i want to do instead of postponing, i have just been doing resistance band strength workouts and treadmill walking, but not consistently enough, i feel like if i got outside and ran every day itd be one of the best things i could do for myself
Really proud of myself. Ran on Sunday for 2 miles, Tuesday was a shorter run only 1 mile then today I did 2.7 miles. Really trying to get my stamina back that I had when I was in my peak training December of 2024. Last year my long runs were 9-11 miles because I was training for a half marathon. I weigh too much now to run a long time like that, but I am starting to just ease my way back into running.

oh true cool! i wish i had one of those but renting a basement apartment it would be too noisy. theyd probably complain lol. best of luck with the workouts
