I just came in from shovelling. Thats my exercise for the day, going to take a day off from running.
It was a beautiful sunny day today so I walked a mile at the park and walked around the block at home. Probably won’t have another nice day this winter unfortunately

thanks for the inspiration to exercise. it is encouraging. i have been out of it exercise wise for a long time. i would like to get back into a good routine.
they say that weight lifting is good for the brain. when i was a kid they thought it was dangerous for the angry people to lift weights because it would make them feel like delivering a slug etc,.
just thought i would share.

I alternated between running 5.0 MPH and then walking 3.8 MPH for an hour just now. I am having a bit of a cough today. I hope im not getting sick.
got some resistance bands that can be combined for resistance up to 350 lbs, HULK ciggy coming soon
Just gonna have another coffee and a long overdue workout!
im taking breaks a few minutes and doing more reps as much as i can while watching youtube. its kinda cool these resistance bands came with a giant poster with exercise charts that shows what movements you can do with them, so i dont have to look anything up, im feeling drowsy but im keeping it pushing cuz it feels good
Great! sounds challenging. I’m on the second to last exercise of resistance training. ‘dumbell pull throughs’. I’ve never done them before, but i think i need a heavier weight
