did some training at home then went to muay thai. busted my elbow tho i think i may have fractured something

elbow to elbow :confused: can hardly move it to type. it was ok at first but the pains ramping up now

no, just doing pads. i threw the wrong elbow and we clashed

Ya its a whole day waiting in the hospital, but you want that elbow to heal up proper man.

yea true im gonna play it by ear. i think its ok even if its fractured or whatever, but if it swells up or something im gonna go to the hopsital. for now it seems fine tho, pain aside
