Number one.
Today I lifted a Big Mac and an order of fries.
Got over 10k steps yesterday and most of them were in the heat.
Did some jogging today maybe a couple miles
did some training at home then went to muay thai. busted my elbow tho i think i may have fractured something

Ya its a whole day waiting in the hospital, but you want that elbow to heal up proper man.
yea true im gonna play it by ear. i think its ok even if its fractured or whatever, but if it swells up or something im gonna go to the hopsital. for now it seems fine tho, pain aside
