That’s funny, I was talking about Fregoli Syndrome.
I during childhood and adolescence, I misidentified everyone as the same person in disguise, due to poor theory of mind.
It wasn’t a delusion per say, it was due too poor theory of mind, that is why I called my experience as Fregoli-like.
