Od’d last week on benzos and whisky. Got revived. Lucky to be alive. 2nd od in 4 months.
Decided never smoking street weed again. This time last year in was hash that was the final nail in the coffin.
Too much thc paired with insomnia and hearing voices led to psychosis.
All I want is to go home and lift weights and make music. Enjoy life and freedom.
I’ve declined meds at this hospital now and I’m invoking the humans right act to contest forced medication under section 3 of the mha.
If it was drug induced psychosis and if I can cope off meds, then the least restrictive and least damaging option needs to be utilized
Neuroleptics don’t work for me. I am treatment resistant in that regard also.
Had psychosis on and off since 2017.

Your lack of insight is going to kill you.
You have to take a leap of faith and trust the doctors.

Thanks for the kind words all.
My depot expired today. Looks like they’re not forcing me, and I have a good argument.
I’m at a locked rehab with the same freedoms as an acute ward atm.
Just gonna ask for discharge and get back to my old life. The way things were.
And crisis plan, mood + sleep diary to avoid relapsing ever again.
Voices are here but being silent for me. To keep me well.
