Judge said it would be no more than thirty days…that’s two weeks from now…boy I hope we get the benefits…looking hopeful but still don’t know…it’s killing me…i want to know NOW. haha

yes ! she’s been trying since 2019…they will only go back one year in backpay now…damn it…not fair.

very bad back…mental depression…severe…yes they used to give all the years backpay that you have been trying…■■■■■■■ congress changed it all.

A friend of mine first applied for disability in 1978 and didn’t get approved until 1984. He got a $25,000 lump sum for backpay

Yeah, we were living in supported housing and he bought two cars and the biggest Craftsman tool chest you can get and filled it with hundreds of dollars worth of tools and he bought a bunch of expensive radio controlled airplanes and still had money left over.
