this is for addicts of gaming, but szs tend to get anhedonia and avolition to anything, not just gaming, so a dose of aps wil sort out most gaming addcitions, surely?

All the people who are against video games spend all their time in front of the tv watching cable

Yeah what about TV addiction??? Adults were watching 8 hours a day back when they were complaining about kids and video games.

It’s about increased likelihood, ‘can’ rather than ‘definitely will’. Anything done too much can have a bad effect on you. Saying so doesn’t necessarily make such researchers anti video games.

I am not anti video games. I just learnt many years ago that I’m crap at them. If I was halfway decent at them, I too would be a ‘gamer’.

I believe that too much video games dulls some types of intelligence speaking from personal experience, but it didn’t have anything to do with the psychosis I have had, because I didn’t play at the time.

However I did have a fulltime job that required doing the same thing over and over on a computer every 5-10 minutes essentially

A counterbalance to ‘video games are bad’.
