B vitamins in general are said to help release the energy from food

I love energy drinks because they are doused in vitamins, but they’re also filled with other things too. Which isn’t good in the long run. I don’t drink them anywhere near as much as I did before. So i am definitely making some kind of progress.

I only drink water and occasionally juice or tea.

I can’t take B12 vitamins. It worsens my panic attacks for some strange reason.

Can be from over methylation or sometimes people get startup symptoms from treating a deficiency.
