Only lost .6 pounds in 11 days. :frowning: I tracked calories religiously and had no cheat days. :frowning: tips @POET

I’ve gained over 20 pounds since I’ve added Abilify to my med regime. Don’t know what to do to reverse the trend.

my strategy atm is to have vegetables every morning for breakfast. keeps you full for virtually zero calories. i look at it the same way i look at a workout. i dont want to eat them but i do it anyways like lifting weights, for the results. i just force them down so i stay full lol. like a workout for appetite control

i don’t know how wight loss is going with me, i only just got back on track with exercise and diet. Probbaly gonna try working out every night, because it helps me to sleep.

By the way, good sleep is essential for weightloss. Bad sleep reduces leptin (the satiated hormone) and increase grehlin (the hunger hormone)

and studies show that bad sleep makes people crave foods with higher calories

really need to stop eating so much. am 1300 calories over the limit today! ridiculous, mostly due to some not even tasty fake chicken…

i just get so bored that i eat heaps. maybe i just need to learn to snack on veges and fruit…

at least i worked out…
