What are your fitness goals? My current goal is to run a half marathon by the end of 2026. My goal to complete by 2035 is a full distance Ironman in honor of my Dad.
I want to lose weight
Not bothered if I swap fat for muscle
My main exercise is walking and swimming
Have not lost weight for weeks as I binge on food and end up not losing
At some point in 2026, I want to be able to run a mile in 10 minutes. (6 mph pace) at the moment im running a mile in 12 minutes.
That’s pretty fast @TheCanuk the fastest mile I ever ran was at age 11 was a 10 minute mile. Right now I’m very slow but my goal is distance and then speed

I’d like to swim a bit more, cycle a bit more, play darts/pool, table tennis, that’s about it,
I haven’t got a plan but just to keep it in my mind and look for opportunities to fulfil that.
Add two inches to biceps by 2027. Also not die before 2027 gets here.
Walking more (step tracking) and eating healthier.
